Requirements
This award recognizes the Industry Partner that has created the best showroom, providing an exceptional experience to potential homebuyers.
Entry will be judged on overall continuity of all elements used in the sales centre, the ability to characterize the lifestyle of the target market and communicate information to prospective buyers, and how the overall feel of the sales center aligned with the brand providing an “on brand” client experience.
Landscaping, signage, displays, model home merchandising, and best use of available space may be considered.
Entry Requirements
- Entrants must have a physical showroom open to the public that showcases their products and services, and provides a unique and engaging experience for potential homebuyers.
- Statement (point form, 400 word maximum) detailing how the category criterion has been met. Please indicate the Showroom address, hours of operation and phone number.
- Please indicate co-submitters.
- 6 digital photos of your choice are required in 300 dpi resolution.
